Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at MidnightSticther.co.nz. with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange:

• a replacement,
• store credit,
• or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Cut fabric, threads, or crafting materials
• Digital products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
